Each box is a hand-selected collection of premium items — from rare spirits and artisanal goods to limited-edition accessories and lifestyle products. Average retail value ranges from $500 (Gold) to $3,000+ (Black) per shipment.
Gold and Platinum memberships have a 3-month minimum. Black membership is annual. After the initial period, all memberships are month-to-month with 30-day notice for cancellation.
Your concierge is a real person — not AI, not a call center. Gold members have business-hours access. Platinum members get 24/7 availability. Black members receive a dedicated lifestyle manager who proactively anticipates your needs.
We accept all major credit cards, wire transfers, and cryptocurrency. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Annual payment options are available with a 10% discount.
